  • Hi. Poor pup but I can highly recommend water therapy. Steroids help too.The vest is a dog vest, not a human vest. The brand name is "EZYDOG" and was purchased through a pet shop here in Adelaide Australia called PetStock Animal Supplies. It was also available at the vet. We needed an XS for our 10kg poodle. Google it as it's available on the net. Beach or shallow river bed is even better than a pool as the dog can put its feet on bottom while submerged, learning to walk again.Keep up good work!

  • Leo was unable to hold up his own bodyweight when out of the water. He was unable to hold it up in the water without his buoyancy vest also. This video is after 1 month of intense water therapy - that is, swimming in the pool daily or twice daily and also in the bathtub twice daily. He is at the 3 month of complete paralysis point. We are still having to give him a cathatar morning and evening as his urinary system is still paralysed. This video is just before we move to swimming at the beach.

  • @TheFishram Beautiful! My dog had a stroke recently, and while we have seen recovery, we would wish for her to have some pool therapy! If you don't mind me asking, is that a human vest on her, or a dog vest? If so, where did you buy it because I cant find them anywhere!

Thank you, and God Bless your dog!
