@pimpmstr89 I don't see anything wrong with Protein; while some doctors do say that the benefits are negligible, it can only help so long as you exercise and hydrate. Creatine, which is a bit more dangerous, is perfectly fine as long as you make sure you are hydrated and eat right; long-term use may cause damage, but I'm not sure.

wow this dude is taking some creatine with some serious protein that has creatine in it then on the side of that he's taking hgh c'mon this isn't possible if you were 200 soemthing pounds and were taking no supplements. the proof is right before our eyes. he's on a whole lot of supplements.

@TheTrillz Wrong...arching the back a bit on heavy bench will not lead to injury. Admit it, you know nothing about sports training.

@thegurd It's OK to cheat some if its done in the right way. Thats how sports training is done. This isnt bodybuilding he's doing, or a powerlifting competition.
