  • is this a 34 kit car from b&b manufacturing in granby missouri

  • @romp011 no this is a Streetbeasts Car, from Miami Florida

  • hi pete im trying to get a 64 dodge on the road can you tell mewhat gauge sheetmeatal to use on the floor for patching also is there a product that i can use to spray over light rust to kill rust or slow it down thanks sal

  • Well to tell you the truth,, you can buy some stuff, like navel jelly, and rust be gone, ect, ect... but the only way to really get rid of rust is --cut it out and replace it... If you have a welder, the best gauge steel to use on the floor is 18 gauge, if you are a biginner at it, I suggest that you cut the rust out, then make your patch panel a bit bigger, and then weld it in, and on the underside calk it in with seam sealer of some sort... Take care ---Pete

  • Hey Bruno,

tell Pete I love the vids. I learned how to tape off my flames from watching these great vids. They are great!! Keep em comming!

Some of the things I have painted. pcdwifi.com/farmall/90977.htm

  • if i gave you some bud would you paint my car like that?

  • I can't get enough of these "how to flames videos" !!!!!!!!!!!

They need to be put on a DVD and SOLD for people willing to give it a shot........

  • Hi pete. Thanks for the info. I am just wondering what the steps are to sand clear coat and buff the finished flames on the coupe w/o messing up the flames. Also, did you paint the pinstriping on the finished flames? And is there a way to just use actual pinstripe tape instead? Thanks for your help! I"m going to try your technique on my bikes gas tank :)

    -Kate

  • ok Thanks.
