  • Where can I find the 'Book fold' on Microsoft for Mac 2011?

  • This is a good video, however it does not work in my MS Word 2007. Once I follow instructions for making booklet 2 pages one sheet, the blank does not convert to showing two pages but remains as only the original opened document.
