I love the eastern school. I am soo alone in my area as I am the only bassist from the eastern school and all my peers are from the fluffy french/english school and while pretty, sound like celli instead of basso

is the pianist wearing a sweatshirt? lol. really quality bass playing, love the vibrato and the interpretation, even if its a little faster than a lot of people play it.

@Lumify That's the Russian Conservatory for you. I study with a Russian teacher in the states. He went to the same school that this is at. That's how they play.

I really enjoy this one - no boring, slow tempo, warm sound, well pitched and healthy vibrato, not cow singing
