An interview with Ms. Marie Gailova, chairwoman of Romodrom. Based in Prague, the NGO works in 8 regions across the Czech Republic and aims to address the social deprivation and discrimination faced by so much of the Roma population in the country. Ms. Gailova explains the three aspects of the organisation's work, namely its regional social work, its prison programme and work with children.
