Gunman Chronicles' Mainframe - GLaDOS' predecessor?

Before GLaDOS, there was the Mainframe - a sentient overseer AI, with a female voice and an aggressively hostile agenda, who eventually becomes your somewhat begrudging ally against your common foe, the General's xenome army. People always finger System Shock's SHODAN as the spiritual predecessor of our favorite Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, but I can see a lot of GLaDOS in the Mainframe.
