Pokemon FireRed Omega - VS Lt. Surge

This was a close fight in more ways than one, but 3rd badge get!

The video shows some of the increased difficulty in FR Omega, a hack by Drayano60. Just for good measure I'm trying to keep my levels balanced too, which makes it harder - note that a soloing pokemon would be getting 6 times the normal EXP (instead of the entire party getting their own share) and you'd quickly get the power and speed necessary to sweep gyms.

Well, the difficulty is seriously ramped up and pokemon from all 3 regions are available right from the beginning. As for this gym battle, the original Lt. Surge had a Lv21 Voltorb, Lv18 Pikachu and Lv24 Raichu, all with wild pokemon movesets but taught Shock Wave as well.

Haha, you'd probably notice if you tried to wall him with a Ground type like in the original. And yeah, I'm just using VBA.

You are really, really, slow if you don't see the difference in Omega and you watching the damn video but you can't see the difference from the original real copy of pokemon fire red!
