  • was this tear deforming in any way?

  • @khwarinn2 how are the results now? i go in for the same thing today... im kind of nervous

  • i tore it 10 days ago .i have one doc tell me that its a partial tear and advised me one and a half month rest .and another tell me thats its nothing just soft tissue injury which will heal after 2 weeks rest. I feel no pain as such just a little tightness, but a dull ache after i have driven my car in the bicep. i can do internal rotation shoulder with no pain and ad duction with no pain just slight tightness perhaps. but i cant do a push up or bench press right now

  • @utterback12 alright thanks man hope all goes well for you!!

  • @evilsny you should be fine if it was only a partial tear, it just takes time to heal. Just be lucky you dont need surgery cause surgery sucks! It takes much longer to heal after surgery. just start back with all dumbell pressing and cables

  • @utterback12 damn, my doctor said mine wasnt completey torn of and said the surgary was complicated and didnt reccomend it im trying to find someone who did the same and did not have surgary see how they are coping now,

mine does feel like its strenghtening i can lift heavier without getting pain as i could before it feels stronger each week, im taking time now not rushing into things and taking alot more caution when training what exercises do you think are best to start back on for th chest

  • @evilsny yeah i had surgery but it didn't tear off the bone. it tore off the tendon. Yeah i'm back in the gym lifting heavy on everything except for bench. It takes about 4 months before you can start lifting heavy again. I dont bench i just use dumbells and dont go heavy yet. but I will definatley be pressing the 100lb dbells again in a few more months

  • @utterback12 hey was yours of the bone iv torn abit of mine of the bone 2months ago and wasnt recommended surgary, did u have surgary and how is the tear coming along now are you back in gym? lifts down alot? i just need some advice on hw to get bk in the gym

  • How did you heal from the tear. and how did you tell it was a tear?

  • couldn't of tore it that bad if your doing this after just 9 weeks. I tore my pec and could barely lift a broomstick after 9 weeks
