It should be called the Red Arrow RUN... it is indeed a lovely WALK that's moderately taxing for a person of average fitness - spoiled only by having RUNNERS regularly bustle past. I'd do it regularly too and tried to do so but found it too stressful constantly watching out for runners... (you have to be careful to stay to one side so they can get past).

Thanks. I was able to show a couple of my kids where I grew up. We lived in Aeroglen opposite the park where the Blue Arrow walk ended.
