  • omg...i wish i could talk to you in real life...lol!! i totally understand everything you said. i felt/feel the exact same way. from the vaginal stories from other people, to the not watching the tlc shows about babies anymore. i so understand and im glad i came across this video. it stills bums me out that i will NEVER get to experience a vaginal birth when so many woman do and dont even want their babies...you know... :/

  • @88948895611499 I'm glad I'm not the only one that doesn't watch the TLC shows anymore because of my csection. We are in the process of TTCing for baby number two now and I am going for the VBAC.

  • i think emotional scars take a lot longer to heal than the physical. had ppd after my section, and it sounds rediculous, but i'm pretty sure i also had post traumatic stress. it took me 4 years and a vbac to get over my section... and sometimes i'm not sure i'm over it yet!

  • @fakecrab I feel like I had post traumatic stress too! Its extremely hard to get over! I was watching the business of being born and the part where the lady was told she had to have a csection tore me to pieces!

  • is it normal to have a very ugly purple huge scar after having an emergency c-section? im asking because its been 8 months since ive had my baby and my scar looks horrible? i also wanted a vaginal labor, but could not. im still going through a tough time dealing with this and the scar is just an awful reminder of how awful of a experience ive been going through with the c-section i had to have. will it go away? thank you for talking with us on this subject.

  • @tinytoma25 Over time it will lighten I had some stretch marks that were purple and they have lightened over time and basically they are like scars too. It will just take some time unfortunely

  • @lovethyart I saw Ella and wanted to hold her but knew I couldn't but then in recovery I was very out of it and they had to give me something to stop the shaking so I could hold her but that was an hour after being in recovery. My husband kept telling the nurse he really wanted me to hold her and give me something but it was like no matter to them they were too "busy"

  • omg i felt like that after my baby too ontop of being sent home sick after the c cection and infected in the cut too it was horible did not get to see her but for a second cuz as soon as the nurse brang her around to my face i got sick all over her daddy even ladying in recovery i could not even move my arm to hold her only look at her at i wanted to hold her so bad
