http://thesnackattack.com - This go around I swung down to the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. The goal was to hit up a pâtisserie called Miette, to try some of their Macarons (which is the correct spelling, despite my giving the sales associate a hard time - these are not to be confused with macaroons...). I tried the hazelnut macaron, the pistachio macaron and some sort of rose-flavored macaron. Pretty tasty stuff! Check it out!
macarOOns are those dense coconut cluster things
macarOns are French and are spelled correctly
u should try the macarons at Laduree in Paris. that place is where macarons sandwiches were born. crispy egg like outer shell, with soft fluffy center and creamy filling. so good!!!! thanx for sharing! i wonder why all three flavors were made almost the same color....

Miette is fab. Every time I go by the Ferry Building, I remember a chocolate dessert I had there one time. It was incredible.
