I can explain it better with WORDS -.-'
The intro is played ALL with "Natural Harmonics".
To do a natural harmonic you have to put slightly your finger, without pressing the string, over the fret bar (not on the left). You must also have an high gain ^^ (if it isn't clear check some tutorials here).
Now what you have to do is to play these harmonics with a "Tremolo Picking" (very fast picking) between the 5th and the 2th fret on the 3rd, 4th and 5th string.
