@sayyid14 Its gonna make your heart go really fast but I don't know about irregular! But it probably isnt the best idea. When i was younger I was pretty reckless and the Doc did say i should knock all that stuff on the head. It"s common sense really if you wanna go out on a leo sayer, bosh a few smarties and then a do a load of charlie don't complain if your heart goes a bit mental! Just get drunk instead!

when did you get your first episode? has it gotten more frequent with age?

@woo2fly18 Got my 1st one at 13....has it increased with age? Yes I think so but not a huge increase. I don't have it so often these days because I don't do exercise as much as I used to. Not sure about the Tachycardia question but it sounds like you have a similar thing to what I have

this really helped me feel better ,, because i been getting a heart rate problem with sudden movements or quick exercise, like yourself. I feel like i was dying over the past year, it is very scary though,, but it dont last long usally, but i have been getting tiredness to, Ill ask my doctor about it to!!!! I had a stress and echo done and they were normal

I have SVT as well and having quite a hard time accepting it even tho mine is far less intrusive than others deal with. I am a big baby and have a HUGE fear of death. Anyway, it was very compassionate of you to make this video to help others.

And yes, bearing down like you do when you go poo (laying cable...too funny)...puts pressure on the vagel nerve which is why it helps stop the attack. Coughing can also help. Also, submerging your face in ice cold water.

I had an ablation a month ago my svt worsened after I got pregnant the highest my heart rate went up to was 287.

@ATLJosh Hey Josh,my son (23) was taking energy drinks and he was having this problem. his father was just about to have heart bypass,after his Father, had heart bypass and he stopped drinking energy drinks and it cleared up for him ,he has 5% body fat and I think thats why,it happened,his body,it doesn't protect him!

@zamtoka I used meth twice of my life,i just want to know what it feel,I'm worried I'm going to die,my heart very fast about 265 bpm,my breathing starts to slow down &,my head feel just wants to be a stroke,i feel im near to unconscious,I do not think I have heart problem because im not smoker,i go to emergency,doctor give me beta-blocker to slow down my heart rate and diazepam 10mg to reduce my anxiety/panic attack & help me to sleeping.i swear to god i never tries meth again,just scary stuff!
