ABBA - Mike Yarwood TV Show UK 1978- Thank you for the music. ABBA weren't alowed to use their own backing tracks due to Union Rules in Brittain those days, so they went into a UK recording studio and rerecorded the song. That's the intention from the UK union, but instead ABBA used the original backing track and just left some instruments off the original mix. They faked a new recording and presented the backing track in the show as a new recorded one with British musicians, but what you actually hear is the original mix without violins and less backing vocals.
