One Bomb

Plot, What Plot? I used clips from the X-Files episode "Tunguska" and added Aimee Mann's "One".

My main concern was to avoid using clips where the actors are talking only to mute them - I see that in most fanvids and I just don't think it's optimal. This means, of course, that I have less material to choose from, but I really prefer to work with fewer, shorter clips and not have the characters yakking their heads off with no sound ;-)

Storyline: Not so much. Krycek said he was sitting on "one bomb" and I agree, hence title. I tried to make it a little slashy between Mulder and Krycek there ;-)

NOTE: This is my first ever attempt at editing, and I didn't spend a long time on it. It was really just to get introduced to WMM. So no flaming, and if you must, flame nice.

Whenever Krycek comes around Mulder (or vica versa), it's always much much more than "just a little bit slashy". :) A good vid, somehow the song worked, because usually IMHO female voices don't fit their "relationship".

Thank you for saying so! I do agree, btw, that most songs that can be imagined to fit this "whatever-it-is-they've-got" have male voices. I think, however, that songs (and their lyrics) are often used in a way that too blatantly suggests that the words actually come from either M or K, and I like things a little more subtle than that. So in this case the obvious 'otherness' of the voice seemed to fit. Very happy you thought it worked.

I think they kinda *were* half brothers, in that CSM 'fathered' them both in different ways. To be honest, I also think that was what the famous kiss was about. And Jeffrey was just... blah, I agree.

They were not brothers....at least not literally and not according to canon. Now Jeffery Spender and Mulder were half brothers through Cancer Stick.

Haha, we all know Mulder wanted Krycek since the first time he laid eyes on him. In 'Sleepless' Mulder was listening to the suervaillance tape and he looked up and he had that 'WTF' look in his eyes......love at first sight.
