Matsubayashi kata performed by Shoshin Nagamine and students, including Takayoshi Nagamine (then 1st Dan). Kobu-jutsu, bo & sai.

Thanks for uploading. That's a great bit of history captured there. We practised these kata's in our dojo exactly the same way today, 50 years on. A priviledge to watch. Again, thank you.

@ennot BTW, the transfer from the old video tape to the VHS version causes the kata performance to be a lot faster than it actually is ;-(

@ennot That is Gerardo Sensei who belongs to the Kyudokan Association of Minoru Higa Hanshi as I do. He is a big man over 6 feet tall. I see the Matsubayashi kata and the older version done by the Kyudokan as very different kata. I tried to find another Kyudokan dojo kata, but did not find any.
