  • Re-shoot vid and have the cyclist stop peddling at what you say are the best positions. With Erin's continuous peddling it's hard to see the example you're describing. Just my 2 cents. :)

  • much better if there's a slow motion.

  • @MrEngelchen yes, and also he could give tips about swimming and running, you know why?, because triathletes do all of them..

  • lol. cycling tips from a triathlete.

  • How can you push forward at 6-7 o clock which is when you are pulling backwards ... and bring your big toe in....what towards the frame?

  • Lifting your toes at 3 oclock? When your foot is pushing downwards ? That would mean your heel would pivot down ....which he said is incorrect pedalling? What a melon

  • Pathetic explanation: I learned nothing!!!!

    Slo-mo required...

  • @SmokeyFrog420 It shouldn't matter if it's a he or a she, the only thing that matters in this video is foot position.

  • @rerite2 you're 100% RIGHT!!

  • I thought she was a he, lol

  • @bipedalame His feet do that when he's hammering out of the saddle on an uphill finish. Those are the iconic images of Gilbert. But the rest of the time his feet are flat.
