If he is 50 feet or more away and the noise bothers you, call the law. Any noise: talking, music, etc. It's illegal. Nothing to get all wadded up over unless it's some moronic kid thumping out gangsta rap. (cracks me up: white kids that listen to that crap. must have an identity problem) If that grinder dude is out there after 9 p.m, ask him if he would go inside his garage and work. If he is shitty, report him. You have rights. Wasn't very loud, though. It's your judgement call.

Mine have relatives who own a funeral home I am told so,they are trying to kill everyone. I have a gun loaded and ready for self defense. I recommend a gun and other self defense products.

@peacemtn start taking pictures of them and send them to the local newspaper. When they touch your car fire a shot at them. O and go cut their hose with a knife.

my neighbors are religeous freaks who have moved thier entire extended family into a 2 bedroom duplex, 12 people in all. They have 5 little kids who are living in the garage in 100+ degree weather. They've been using my lawn, garbage service and driveway now.
