i don't know if you are dating or consider yourself "steady" with these guys, but I would say just clearly define you intentions up front and ask the guy to define his. If you're just dating, then you shouldn't feel bad if they or yourself become interested in someone else(that's what dating is for). These days tho, dating has become texting or just talkin over the phone so while you're at it, define dating lol.

@GraysTake i stated that i havent been steady talking to anyone since late of 09. but there has been some guys since then that ive liked but we werent talkin but it was mutual or seemed as though it was. one thing i do do is state what my intentions are from the get. and they make it seem thats what they want but later on it shows other wise

Do you give off a lie to me vibe or are the dudes you pick just lying type dudes?(hypothetical) You could also look at it like a good thing cause you could have ended up in a more serious relationship with a dishonest person. So you might be trading a little pain now for what could have been a lot more pain later
