Here is a sandwich using Almond Brown Rice bread, a small amount of turkey, lots of greens, tomato and onion. Add to that a side of carrots and celery sticks with some almond butter. Now you have a healthier, more alkaline lunch. Great for all those folks into the Acid- Alkaline Diet.
