I made another mash tun using a 23 gallon igloo cooler and was noticing my sad 8 gallon brew kettle in the corner. I originally cannibalized parts from this kettle to use in other brewery equipment but quickly put them back to see if I could make it work as a mash tun. It worked like a charm. Protein rest is a cinch. The March pump works better in this configuration as well and saves me from carrying 8-12 gallons of liquid over my head for sparging. Thanks for watching the vid. Cheers!
That's a cool design on the sparge arm!

your right, knowing someone who can weld would be great. I upgraded last October using metro shelving. The brewery is going well and the set up is much better. Thank you for the comment and hope you get to check out my last upgrade. Cheers!
