2 near misses, same driver

A driver nearly takes me out, narrowly missing me because I maneuvered out of the way. The driver instantly stops, apologies, then after the light change tries again. I've taken this one to the police, they actual watched the video and have requested a copy. I'm still waiting on their response. It'a a white ute, xfp 626. You see this ute at the first round about, he blows his horn as I go through, so I look backvat him.

Good news, the police have finally followed up. They are going to charge the driver with something. But I must be willing to go to court if he fights the charge. No problem.

You had to make a right further down the road, so you took the right lane. I dig it, but some don't. You see, if a car does that, its indicating to the right, so everyone knows it's OK to pass on the left.

You risk falling if you stretch out your arm constantly along that stretch of road.

Just a wild idea; hunt down some blinkers, so your intention is shown al the way...

yeah bikes have the same road rules, and the same rights to be on the road as a car driver.

you had every right to be there.

but your push bike is nearly fuckin invisable from directly behind, if you dont wanna get nearly hit dont ride in the middle of the fuckin road.

i see loads of bike riders everyday, sticking to the line, its not hard, and you wont complain when people fly by you, although you have the same laws, unless your gonna get that bike to 80 in the 80 zone, move the fuck over
