Seiya returns because he now knows: Earth's social valuesystem has became his own. He wants to live there with a new lifemission. Princess Kakyu sends him back to Earth, permanently as MAN. He makes a few new friends until he meets Usagi. The Scouts have no powers anymore. Adult Usagi married Mamoru, but her behavour slowly became a burden to him. With everyone having carrier except her, Usagi is in pain & fury of her own uselessness. Seiya helps her, and she starts to fall in love with him!
