This video, with cameras from three different angles, shows some simple testing of a Ford Explorer with a tire tread separation that revealed a shockingly unstable vehicle in these test circumstances, worse than even the test engineers anticipated.

The driver, helmeted and strapped into a racing harness, was not seriously injured, but it is not hard to imagine that a person in a regular seatbelt would have been seriously injured or worse.

The Kelley/Uustal Law Firm has investigated and brought to trial various vehicle defect cases, including Ford Explorer Roll-Over cases. Find out more at:

  • Ford Company KILLS, and don't care anything about it. Then the government gives them bailout money, they should close down and pay out the money to those families who lost loved ones! Just ask the boys of Nicole Miller, who have a youtube video "A Thousand Miles For Our Mom". I don't know how the Corporate big wigs can sleep at night. They have hearts of stone! Disgusting, and shame on all of you that work for such a company!

  • 3 different angles and they cant catch it rolling. Seriously?

  • Our nanny state American Government treats adults like children but allows greedy corporations to get away with murder. Leaving these piles of junk on the road is a repeat of the Ford Pinto case; it's cheaper to pay the lawsuits than correct the problem.

  • @Church87 They requested bailout money. 14 billion to be exact. They were denied. However, they did indirectly get bailed out.

  • @caltch51 uhh not to be that guy, but Ford did not take bail out money, it was GM. But ford made the pinto that exploded. The Thunderbird SC that the black box would shut the car off at random. Still beats the Audi's that drove into living rooms while parked in garrages. Or Toyota's that dont stop

  • NO ONE BUY THT CAR IF NO ONE BUYS IT THE FORD COMPANY WILL TAKE IT BACK THUS CAR KILLS PEOPLE ):

  • Why the fuck did they not give there test driver any protection?

  • Americans were never meant to build cars....ever. Leave the car building to the Japs and the Europeans

  • @caltch51 ford never took any bailout money

  • @lilsexyangel25 So, you won't own a Ford because of an issue on a vehicle 20 years ago?

  • u guys need to google how many people have died because of this car thus the recal they nknew it was unsafe and still released it i will never own a ford
