Aren't they all? As a student in California who is waiting for the budget to pass, Arnold S. said, pre office, that he would NOT raise tuition fees, and alas post office, he did so making tuition (and text book) prices that continue to rise. Now, after x months, there is still no budget and still no end in sight for many in CA who are waiting. Gov. S. is republican and sucks just as much!
