  • @44Bigs Hahahaha :) - Kat

  • isnt this a latte machiatoo? not a cappucino? even if its traditional? ive seen italians do it differently!

  • @Xiia0Sn00pY As far as I know, this is a trad capp -- that's how we learned it years ago, so that's what I'm stickin' with! :) - Kat

  • @SeattleCoffeeGear well you may have learnt it wrongly Because a machiato has the espresso poured last.

  • @Xiia0Sn00pY We'll agree to disagree, thanks! - Kat

  • Guys, the traditional italian style macchiatto is in fact shots of espresso(generally two) "marked"(english for macchiatto) with milk foam. Pretty sure they know what they're talking about. :/ This IS a cappuccino.

  • I thought that was a machiatto, i suppose I am wrong. Whatever it's called it looks delicious!

  • @seanrquinn Good idea! - Kat

  • Yeah like that, had to look up the snakebite (I don't drink xD), but you can use the back of the spoon or the actual spoon bit of it to catch the espresso as it goes down. Might want to pre-warm the spoon though? Just thought of that recently.
