Extending Battery Life - Ipod Touch & Iphone

From its music and video playback to accessing the web and running all kinds of apps, we all know the ipod touch is a multimedia powerhouse! The only problem is that all these features require a long-lasting battery.

Here are 5 ways to get the most life out of your ipod touch battery

1. Reducing the screen brightness and enabling the built-in light sensor is the best way to extend battery life. The sensor will adjust screen brightness based on how much light is nearby.

2. Unless you have access to the internet, the wifi option should be turned off. The same goes for bluetooth.

3. Since we turned off wifi, location services and data push are useless. But if you do happen to use wifi, data push should either be turned off or set manually.

4. The sooner it sleeps, the less power it uses. Setting auto-lock to 1 or 2 minutes will do just that.

5. And last but not least, the built in equalizer. For those who choose saving battery over better audio, turning off the equalizer is the way to go.

These are some simple steps that will allow you to get the most out of your battery.

Another method although it will cost you , is to purchase an extended life battery. Just make sure you get the right one!

@callumbrowns if u still hav warranty then call apple and they'll replace it for you (FREE) It can take alot of time trying and convincing the technicians to replace your phone so dont give up and keep annoying them.
