CCAT Automated Quality Inspection Structured Light Scanner

CCAT's automated quality inspection system was designed to increase the speed at which manufactured parts are inspected, while being easy to use and cost effective. Our software, SLS Control, utilizing robust structured light scanning algorithms along with CCAT's motion control and automation software linked to Geomagic Qualify, allows the user to fixture a part on the positioner table, load or teach an inspection program, then simply click a button to automatically scan the part and output a full 3D quality inspection report, or a 2D report in any standard inspection template.
