This is me opening it and showing how they prepped it and the quality of the item. I will make another video that i will review the product. The Laptop is working jsut fine because i am using it to post this =).

    I believe it is suppose to be, but mine was not, i just had the MEGABOOK on the back and it lights up when the Laptop is on. i think it just depends on the model, i would give them a call and ask them about that

    hey i just recently ordered a laptop from cyberpower but i bought it with the option of no OS installed. do you know if they send you a drivers cd with it?

    not anymore due to the fact this laptop is over 3 years old, i just finished building my PC now. youll have to check but for the price i paid, all the new computers for the price i paid are better, hell you can pick up a 800$ lappy thats better then this, i would rank this computer now at a 500$ like high 400$
