  • @nocando1234 All that line to line passing activates the two new stationary forwards and defense. The stationary defense receives a new puck from the coach, the forwards cross from the lines, receive a pass from the activated defense and the process of passing to the stationary lines to regroup and attack repeats itself at the other end. Hope that helps.

  • @nocando1234 Yes. It might help to know that the puck is entering the new repetition from the coach on the half-boards. The forwards who start the drill pass to the stationary line of forwards on the boards at the blueline, then the puck goes to the line of defense, then across to the other line of forwards and then back to the forwards in the drill, who have, by then, regrouped. After the regroup, forwards who started the drill and regrouped play 2-1 down the other end.

  • can someone explain how this drill works?

  • This is called the 22,21,20 drill
