Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I bought the Subaqua Noma III That came with the 5 interchangeable bands and a 3 slot dive box. The model is 1894. The first one arrived from ShopNBC with the Tritnite for the 9 o'clock marker floating between the face and Chrystal. ShopNBC replaced the watch IMMEDIACY (thank you ShopNBC). Now 2 months later, the replacement has lost the tritnite from BOTH the 8 and 11 o'clock markers. Quality issue?

I was told to refer to page 50 in the instruction manual and warranty, which only states(referring to the crystal)"DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHES TO THE CRYSTAL"My watch was more than scratched. After explaining to them that I thought this was unfair and that all I wanted was quality for my money, and that I would post factually accurate information wherever I could, they simply apologized and said there was nothing they could do...I will have the watch repaired and sell it.I won't but Invicta again.

INVICTA now states(now that they have received the watch)that it will be $70.00 to repair the watch because the "crystal" is not covered under my 5 year warranty.None of this information was given to me in the two calls made to their reps prior to shipping the watch to them for repair.

I've had my Invicta(flame fusion crystal) for less than 25 days(actual wear time: 2 weeks) and the crystal fell apart(a big chunk fell off)This is a very bad sign and for me and indicates possible quality control issues and/or durability! I'm sending the watch back for repair ,Make sure you read the fine print on the warranty. If it has been over 30 days since your purchase,Invicta will charge you $28.00 to ship it back to you from somewhere overseas(they wont disclose where)

Similar experience. I own a 6023 diver "Master of Oceans"! After only 40dys ownership it leaked water. sent it for repair along with $28, watch came back 8wks later, now its over 3 months old. It still leaks and skips time too! Sent it back again, another $28, came back now watch is like 6months old I've only wore it less than 60days in 6 months, still has same problems, and month later it stopped working alltogether. Best looking paper weight! I love the looks but its very flaky.

I bought an Invicta at Costco for $50. It kept perfect time. For a year. It then stopped. It cost $50 to fix it. I haven't worn it since.

thanks I won't buy one now.

INVICTAS R NICE BRO I JUS BOUGHT ONE TODAYY NICE ONE TOO
INVICTA CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
EYAL should be ashamed of himself. I own quite a few invictas, which I love, but I had to send 2 of them for adjustments and that was the problem: those poor excuses for reps don't have a clue and are useless; they can't even tell the difference between a Reserve & Limited Edition.
I'm gonna call a ShopNBC live show and tell them on the air.
THEY SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!!!!!!
