With Dadgad tuning you can use the chromatic tuner, its build in aswell.
And why wouldnt it work with a floyd?

how bout using with a floyd rose tremolo system

There was a demonstration video in which a guy switched from E to D#, to D, to C# to C to B. I don´t know wether they are dropped tunings or all-strings tuned down.

@ChaserHUN: Tuning modes ca be dropped up to 5 semitones.

@ChaserHUN You can't program your own tunings yet. For drop tunings tune down the low E string in chromatic mode, and then tune the rest of the guitar using the poly mode (PolyTune switches modes automatically).
