hi there love your vid very informative. i was wondering do you have specs on how to make the tofu press. i live in ireland and you cant get them here. i'm quite handy at making stuff and would love to make one. what wood do you use and would you have any measurements i could use. thank you

@AV143ify Probably would not recommend it. It usually has dye in it and probably not food grade

@htral no actually it is actually a byproduct of salt making, primarily magnesium chloride.
