Update: Christian was injured in June and was in a boot cast for 6 weeks so he played b-ball at 70% this summer. He just came off football playoffs a few weeks ago and his timing on the basketball court was a little off. After 4 games he is averaging 17 pts a game. Foul trouble and blowing out a few teams have hurt his scoring a bit, but I think the game will slow down more in a few games and his overall game should go up. He just turned 16 a few months ago and he is starting to grow again.

Chris is doing alright. He has played Varsity an JV this season. I made a big mistake last year. I did not keep him playing basketball during the three month football season. We also changed his shot to start higher. His shot was way off this season and he lost his shooting confidence. But now it's full bore for the spring and summer AAU season in vegas and cali. He didn't grow much last year, but he is only 15yrs old so we'll see.

Season is just about over. I have been attending 3-5 games a week now that my daughter plays. Along with the training and I just don't have the time.

Slam787 you are right. He has made great strides. So far he is 100% stronger than 12 months ago coming out of Jr high. He also has about 15 pounds more muscle in the last 7 months and growing. We have a long way to go.

#VIDEOPOSTERID# I'm 5 11 and I can do some crazy dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I highly recommend the workout program at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any workout could be used if you know they generate results

We just finished the Championship game in the Amare Stoudamire tournament which included some good teams from as far a D.C. He Still averaged 17 points against good defense.
