ELIN's Baklava filo production line is a fully automatic process. The dough comes in from the feeder's hopper and gets laminated to the desired thickness. This production line can produce the world's thinnest filo - only 0.05 mm!!!! After processing, the filo is rolled on a cylinder from where it can be used for producing baklava sweets.
