Also teaching the swing with mechanics or breaking it down is in complete opposition of scientific consensus, which states the mind is movement and the body is the manifestation of movement. That means the body is nothing more than a symptom of the mind. Rather than teaching mechanics these coaches should be altering paradigms. And if you email coaches who teach mechanics, you will see none of them have ever turned an average high school player into a starting Major League hitter.

i dont get why anyone would teach a segmented swing..theres no stretch and fire here.his rear elbow is down at launch and will never provide whipping action.he has ZERO seperation between his right hip and his hands
