Bike Wraps - The Movie

A new way of alerting cyclist to the fact their bike may risk of getting stolen is being used in Southampton, UK. The Bike wraps are put around the handle bars of frames to alert people advise people about bike secuity. It also marks their bike for how secure it is. This bit is hidden from the view of theives so it doesn't enourage them. It's hoped it will lead to less bikes being stolen in the city.
