They do give credits to the real artists read the linear notes on the cd or how about reading the production and writing credits under the song title in the cd booklet. ever heard of ASCAP its the law you have to give proper credit and they do. and by the way the song IS his the producer(kanye) paid the original artist when he finished making the BEAT not jay-z he is not singing the song he is singing his own lyrics and kanye did say he used samples of other songs. dont blast if you dont know.
