This is funny if you don't know how local TV is produced. These Weather segments are frequently pre-taped and the on-air talent "tosses" to him when actually they're airing a pre-recorded segment. Obviously, this was an out-take that should not have been used. Kinda sucks; a "blunder" he more than likely DIDN'T make, gets put on YouTube for all to mock.
