VSync On = Fail. That feature decreasing the performance. If you use fraps to record your games, that can decrease the performance too.
An Intel E2200 in combination with an ATi Radeon HD4850 does have enough performance to render the games fast.

maybe its because capcom was to lazy to put in the pc controls for the demo. also, you can use 360 controllers on pc. not the only demo with 360 controls
