i have been on this tour and i live in norwich, i have personally seen a ghost at the antique shop while there on a trip with my grand father (not actually on the tour) and as rachel42 said ghost are not that scary
I live in Norwich and have seen the ghost at the museum; she looked so normal that I took her for a member of staff. Seeing ghosts is not scary, as they appear as they did in life, but look like they are real people and not disembodied spirits. At the time of seeing the ghost at the museum, I also saw a little boy in the reception dressed up, and when I pointed him out to the staff-they must have thought I was mad. I love seeing the ghosts of Norwich. They just look like people in period dress.
The scream at the end was a bit much, though, and you could use a good directional mic with a wind screen (one of the so-called "dead cat" variety would be most appropriate, I suppose), but you do have a refreshingly earnest way of retelling ghoulish news of the past.
Perhaps in a future episode we shall see or hear an actual ghost, yes?
Given how scary Norwich can be, a real ghost encounter might induce a far better scream for the ending credits, too.

I have lived in this beautiful city and always thought this alley was really spooky. When I next visit will definately go on the tour.

Well, that was certainly a treat.
