Do the best you can. I used to have no energy after work too a couple of years ago until I changed my diet and now I have a lot more energy and need much less sleep. Keep on keeping on.

I think what you said about being at work more than being with your children is profound to me. I was having a discussion with someone about a year ago and mentioned that we are being made to behave like robots and soul-less beings with no connection to people who we care about because of this "9-5" work ethic. A lot of people I know only see and their children for about 3 hours each day all because of work. The most important years of a child's life is substituted for a shitty system.

@Dre36 That is true. We are being desensitized. I started to realize that when I would be so frustrated with my job and come home with no energy for my children. Yep about 3-4 is about how long I see my babies Mon-Friday. Thank you so much for watching.
