Governments have been trying to find ways of reducing the world population to under 500 million what can they do?a world war is to risky as the nuclear age would devastate large areas of land and causes global uprising !so how about poisoning the air with toxins that in a few years cause millions to die without destroying the buildings and possibly having no long term effects on the land but gradually killing everyone who is in these areas thus making it possible to repopulate at a later date
