This ending in Maken X, by Atlus and it's Research and Development 1 team, and translated (poorly at some places) by Sega, is received if you say you want to see Dr. Guinness right now and don't want to go stop Hakke Yusuf (select 'no' to Blademaster Kitty's request). Then, if you choose death in order to save Kei (select 'yes' to the question) when you get to Dr. Guinness' lab, you'll be sent to the Forbidden City, at the start of the indoor portions of the level.
This ending can be achieved at just about any time, as long as none of the blademasters were fought (select 'yes' to the question the specific Blademaster asks).
This ending accompanies my speedrun for this game.
I got the Hakke Brown ending.
Honestly, I don't see the appeal in this game other than it's visuals and kitche value during some of it's poorly voice acted cutscenes.

FUCK I KNEW it as soon as I started to hear the credits that Meguro was responsible. Bastard leaves an unique fingerprint in his works *w*

Any chance you could post the "Following the Blade Master's idea of a better world" ending? :3

Despite the piss-poor translation of this game, I have to say this was a touching ending. Having bought it on a whim, I was surprised at how fun this game was...
