A Veteran For Ron Paul at the Manchester NH GOP Straw Poll

At the Manchester GOP picnic and Straw Poll, I spoke on behalf of Ron Paul and gave some perspective from my military service. The speech was a bit surreal since as I spoke up about needing to return to a non-interventionist foreign policy, I was heckled by a (probably homeless) Vietnam vet in Veteran's park. He didn't say anything anti Ron Paul, he just seemed to keep asking what I did in Vietnam (well, I was a toddler).

As 82ND vet, it is disturbing to me that many in our great nation seem to favor candidates who are so eager to sacrifice individual liberties for "The Common Good." I have sworn an oath to support and defend The Constitution of the United States, against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. That compels me to speak out against candidates who would treat our founding documents with disdain. That is precisely why I support Ron Paul.

At the time I didn't understand what he was saying, but I found out afterwards. He was essentially pointing out that he had been in Vietnam, and asking where I was in Vietnam. I couldn't tell if he was anti-Ron Paul. He seemed to be one of the local homeless that frequent the park. It was quite sad.

What we should all do is buy a stamp that says Ron Paul for President and stamp every paper currency that goes through our hands. If you want to get the word out then what better way than currency which constantly changes hands. A nice slap in the face for the Federal Reserve lol.
