CNN -

A New Chapter in Riot Control. The Military can stand back 500 meters away and microwave a crowd. Soldiers won't have to get dirty any more. Gives the Amry more options to rule and control

One of these systems was in New York during the Republican Convention and was shown on Alex Jone's documnetary "911 - Rise of the Police State"

Also on this video clip, you will see that Another one of America's finest has pleaded guilty to killing 3 Iraqi detainees. More proof of the decay of our military into imperial stormtroopers.

  • Just as we often see bad cops tasing people for much longer than they should be, we'll also see the misuse of this weapon.

It'll be a crowd in a pain-induced panic. The zap won't last a couple of seconds either. Leaving a directed ray like this one on for too long is like cooking in a microwave. Serious and horrible results will occur. Mark my words.

  • IDIOTS!

95GHz with antenna with beam directed on people...creates heat sensation....and infertility.

Anyone who worked with radar tracking planes knows "heat sensation" in a beam of radar. All soft body tissues gets affected. Fvck government goons propaganda machine and get tin foil hat or metalic body armor.

  • CNN, selling war since 1991

  • Riots ? .. Or Protests ? ..

  • this thing can cook peoples insides if they really turn on the power but they wont tell that ,, it is to kill people

  • The microwaves go through water, through wood, and some metal. It doesn't actually heat your skin, but excites the nerves.

  • nu uuhh cus the microwaves could bllow up the rpg...

  • 1 RPG would blow the shit out of it

  • A agree that refocusing the waves would prove difficult, and hard to coordinate. However, your basic premise is correct that water droplets do absorb microwave radiation. We know this because weather appears very clearly on radar, but spraying water will not work in a demonstration as large amounts would be needed and couldn't be carried unless you had a spray truck which would be immediately targeted by the enemy. I think the mylar or aluminum suit still is better, simple and light weight.

  • It is basic (collimated) em, so it is as you say. Refocusing microwaves would be tough though. A spray of water between the source and target, of sufficient amount and dispersion, would also work quite well to reduce effect.

  • Ok, I think were on the same page here. Its basically a large directional microwave oven and we do know that most metals will reflect the waves. I even wonder if a protesting crowd held up a big sheet of aluminum or mylar they could even turn the weapon on itself. You have to think whomever is operating the weapon will have a column of soldiers next to it or even walking in front of it, could that even be reflected back at them?

  • the multi-layers of mylar should work well.
