  • Um...I wouldn't recommend locking your knees with a jerk at the end of the swing. Jeez! I can't even watch it.

  • @hamredesign That's because her form is not quite right. She is not using her hips to thrust the arms and kettlebell/dumbbell forward (she is still using her arms and shoulders to pull the KB/DB up.. despite the fact that the guy in the video says not to do that). She is also leaving the ground in the little hops. Her feet should be planted and stay on the ground. Over all nice video. Thanks for sharing OP.

  • Nice video...Giving ideas to people to use other weight to perform the swing. Other than only kettlebells.

  • I use two 25lb. gripper plates swung at the sides, one of my favorite and most effective exercises!
