The ending kind of confused me until I read how Cronenberg’s original intention was to continue the film beyond when Max does you know what (do not want to ruin the ending if anyone scrolls down before the end). It would end with Max and Nicki on the ‘Videodrome’ set hugging and kissing.

I saw this back in 96 when i was 15 after being a Cronenberg fan since i saw The Fly in theaters at 5 and this blew me away. This film is like a combo of 8MM, Hostel, Philip K. Dick, Total Recall and Ichi The Killer all rolled in one, this is one of the original torture porn films. Such directors like Eli Roth and others are huge fans of this movie. I heard Serbian Film is similar to this one, but i'm not seeing that one after all the horrific things i've heard.

@RoseBlack09 Most of this movie is missing. It is nearly impossible to see in its full form. I never have, and I knew about it right when it came out.

This is my first time seeing Videodrome and i have to admit it's a very good moive a hell of alot better then the shitty horror movies of today
