we have this @ home and it's really work...the first time you use it you feel a little hurt in your abs but "no pain no gain" and that mean it's work! use it the right way.

if your pretty skinny or slim it is going to work but if yur fat like fat like the guy thay showed in the first clip you are not going ot get abs unless you lose a lil weight before using the product
